First off, huge thanks to Jordan for the live feed last evening; that was stellar. The TEIC was formed in wake of the recent USFS trail evaluation process. The purpose of the TEIC is to work with the USFS so that any changes in the management, designation, and/or design of trail systems in NC National Forest incorporate input from the local mtb community.

One Thursday in April 26th, 2012 Robin, Doug, David and Sean walked out onLower Sidehillwith one member’s idea of turning a short section or two of eroded, roots exposed trail, back into singletrack again. After a couple hours of digging and chopping roots, we had a new section or two of benchcut again.
