Because Every Move Matters
Determined to Succeed
As the graceful skater glides across the ice, her moves look effortless: each jump executed with precision, each spin a thing of beauty, each perfect move building on the next to create a winning performance. Years of practice and training, along with bountiful encouragement have brought her to this dream achieved.
Linda Soesbe believes that in life, every move matters. It’s a philosophy born of her years of figure skating and training under world renowned coach Carlo Fassi at the famous Broadmoor. Linda learned how each move in a routine builds on the next to create a winning performance. Linda soon began competing nationally and internationally, working diligently to learn the most difficult moves. After years of successful competition, Linda’s goals in life turned from ice skating to coaching.
Dedicated to Dreams
With Linda’s supportive nature and belief in her student’s abilities, it was little wonder that so many parents wanted her to coach their children, which she happily did for nearly 10 years. “I always wanted to be the coach who left a lasting impression on a child’s life” says Linda, “ I know how much having someone who’s always there for you with an encouraging thought or deed can mean to achieving your dreams.”
After being ranked both nationally and internationally as a competitive skater and having had the opportunity to train many national and international skaters, Linda set her sights on a new goal-that of being recognized as both a nationally and internationally ranked real estate professional.
Early on in her real estate career she established herself as a top producer among an established field of real estate veterans and went on to carve out a performance niche that also extended into the realm of international real estate.
Among her many achievements she holds the coveted CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist ) designation as well as ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative ), CRB (Certified Residential Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and LTG (Leader Training GraduateEarly on in her real estate career she established herself as a top producer among an established field of real estate veterans and went on to carve out a performance niche that also extended into the realm of international real estate. The city itself is situated near the base of one of the most famous American peaks, Pikes Peak, on the east side of the Rocky Mountains. The city is the county seat of El Paso County. Today, Colorado Springs has many features of a modern urban area, such as parks, bike trails, urban open-area spaces, business and commerce, theatres and other entertainment. It was first established as a posh resort community and the tourist industry has remained strong and offers many activities and attractions. A large number of religious organizations and churches make their headquarters here, particularly Evangelical Christians. Many high-tech businesses reside in the city, including a large number of computer chip manufacturers.
