I have lived in El Dorado County for over 11 years and in Sacramento for 17 years prior. I have been involved in community activities (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, PTC and Awanas) and love the community I live in. I have a large network of professionals, family and friends that help me rapidly locate what my buyers are looking for.I base my business on honesty and integrity. I plan on being a real estate professional for many years to come and realize that referrals are a wonderful way to do business; however, to receive referrals you must do a stellar job for your clients and that is what I offer to you.

My favorite marketing tool currently is the "Talking House". What this consists of is a transmitter that I record upon which I record a message detailing all the amenities of your home. The transmitter is placed inside your home in an out of the way place. A sign is posted in your front yard telling people to tune to a station on their radio and listen to the recorded message. The transmitter does not interfere with any of your transmissions or reception of your televisions. It plays a continuous message 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This will set your home apart from all the other homes on the market and give you an edge in getting it sold quickly for top dollar.

Another program that I have to offer that is helpful is the Homes by Mail program. I can input the information of what you are looking for (ie sq ft, number of bedrooms/baths, area, size of lot etc) and you will then receive an email notification when a home fitting your parameters comes on the market. The email has a hyperlink that you click on and it will then take you to a website that has been designed especially for you with the information and photos of the desired property. If you see a property you are interested in I would be willing to go and take digital photos of any areas that are of particular concern to you (kitchen, backyard, views) and email them to you. This curtails the amount of time necessary for you to spend driving around looking at various homes.

El Dorado Hills is a census-designated place located in El Dorado County, California. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 18,016. Rapid development in recent years has made it the county's largest community, although it is still unincorporated. Population estimates from various government agencies for early 2006 range from about 33,000 to 40,000, depending mainly on each agency's choice of boundaries to define El Dorado Hills. El Dorado Hills is located in the Sierra Nevada foothills at the border between El Dorado County and Sacramento County, at 38°41'18" North, 121°4'42" West (38.688223, -121.078461). The northwest portion of El Dorado Hills borders Folsom Lake,with the developed area extending about 8 miles to the south.
