As an Accounting graduate from St. Bonaventure University in upstate New York, my financial background has been an asset in assisting clients in the purchase or sale of resort real estate. There were 4,149 housing units at an average density of 244.9/km² (634.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 96.96% White, 1.33% African American, 0.15% Native American, 0.44% Asian, 0.48% from other races, and 0.63% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.44% of the population. There were 1,138 households out of which 25.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.0% were married couples living together, 6.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 36.2% were non-families. 26.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
