Specializing in new construction and investments

I work in the Bayside Lakes area of Palm Bay Florida. I specialize in finding the best deal possible for you. I can also find you that beautiful dream home you have always wanted. Come see my website at www.lisalajoie.com to see what this area has to offer you. Hope to talk with you soon.

Bayside Lakes is located in the middle of Palm Bay Florida. Home prices in this area are from the low 200's to upwards of a million dollars with the coming of Stillwater Estates.

Brevard County is the 3rd fastest growing real estate area in the nation. Prices are rising but are still very affordable so the investment potential is very high. Most of my buyers are looking for vacant land lots for investment purposes. Land prices for single 1/4 acre lots start at about 20k. If Palm Bay keeps growing, like Port St Lucie, lot prices could reach up to 60k or more. If you are interested in investing, now is the time.

I can also show you homes for sale that are in the area or in other areas of Brevard County. I pride myself on giving you that personal touch. I will give you a tour of the area you are most interested in living so you can make an informed decision where you want to buy.

Brevard County is only 1 hour away from Orlando, we have 85 miles of beach and very nice ammenities. I can send you a nice welcome package if you so desire.

The Timucuan Indians, attracted to the mouth of Turkey Creek at the Indian River by fresh water springs and plentiful fish, oysters, and wildlife, are thought to have been the first civilization in the Palm Bay area. Palm Bay's recent history began in the 1850's when the first white settlers, also drawn by the bounty and beauty of the area, built homes along Turkey Creek. Originally referred to as Tillman, the settlement was described as a "small strip of hammock...on each side of Turkey Creek...mostly pine and palmetto, miserable sandy barren oak scrub, some ponds and interspersed with sawgrass and gallberry." By the mid-nineteenth century, there was a lumbering operation, packing house, and orange groves, but growth was slow until the arrival of the railroad in 1894. Now goods could be brought in and produce could be shipped to market faster, encouraging more families to immigrate to the area. -- Source: Wikipedia.com
