Welcome to my Jan's home page. I love the practice of real estate and it has been my passion for over 12 years. I have been pleased to have helped many buyers and sellers. I am always humbled and appreciate their loyalty when they call me to help them with their next move. In 2007, I was privileged to be a featured agent on 2 episodes of HGTV's My First Place. Marietta is located in Cobb County, about 15 miles Northwest of Atlanta and is just south of the North Georgia mountains. It was founded in 1834 and today it is a thriving, charming city with old world charm but modern amenities. It has a beautiful downtown square with antique shops and elegant boutiques, restaurants, with Glover Park the center of fun. Marietta has a first-class education system which provides an atmosphere of learning for all citizens at all levels of education, including vocational schools and colleges. From Civil War battlefields to museums and amusement parks, Marietta is host to a number of attractions geared to a wide variety of interests.
