I believe in a Customer Service centered philosophy and have put together a team to ensure you receive WORLD CLASS SERVICE at every phase of our relationship. We utilize the most current technologies available to ensure you are kept up to date at every step of the process but we focus on YOU, not the technology itself.
Our team approach allows each member to utilize their strengths and concentrate on your complete satisfaction as a client.
The first members of my team are my extended Real Estate Family. This large group of previous clients brings me the majority of my new clients by referring to me their friends, family and co-workers. Once you and I have begun working together, you also become a part of this Family and a member of my team - the most important member!
As we work together you will come to know other members of the team. I have one full time assistant (Gary) and one part-time assistant (Terrie) - both committed to ensuring you receive the attention necessary to ensure a smooth transaction. I also work exclusively with a core team of professionals that have proven themselves to be the BEST at what they do. I have developed strong, long-term, trusting relationships with these service providers and know they, as members of our team, are committed to providing you with WORLD CLASS SERVICE.
Of course, as a member of my Extended Real Estate Family, I don’t forget about you once Escrow closes. I have special arrangements with a number of service providers (example: The American Home Shield home warranty program) to assist you with some of those small home ownership issues that might come up in the future. About Glenn Fry I have been a full time Licensed California Realtor/Salesperson (Lic# 01103940) since 1991. I recently (2009) obtained my CA Brokers license and will use this educational experience to my clients benefit. I specialize in Residential Real Estate in the Chico/Paradise/Durham/Orland area.
