The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.35% White, 0.26% African American, 0.36% Native American, 0.62% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 0.25% from other races, and 1.10% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.08% of the population. There were 3,591 households out of which 36.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.6% were married couples living together, 6.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.1% were non-families. 19.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
