There were 3,953 housing units at an average density of 38.4/km² (99.6/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 82.39% White, 0.34% African American, 0.40% Native American, 0.82% Asian, 0.05% Pacific Islander, 14.56% from other races, and 1.44% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 27.24% of the population. There were 2,852 households out of which 36.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.4% were married couples living together, 5.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.8% were non-families. 18.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 1.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
