All real estate-related information is provided by real estate relocation counselors who represent that they are licensees in the cities and states for which they are providing such packets. Buyers USA and Buyers USA Relocation do not, implicitly or explicitly, enter into any sales, agency, sub-agency, or brokerage relationship with anyone who receives information or assistance from on of our affiliated relocation counselors. Furthermore, since each counselor is under the supervision or represents an individually owned and operated licensed real estate company, Buyers USA and Buyers USA Relocation accept no responsibility for any actions by these licensees. Their activities are solely under the jurisdiction of the licensing authorities which they operate.
Buyers USA Relocation (BUSAR) is licensed as a real estate company in the State of Alabama. It is under the juridiction of the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Under current agency ("RECAD") laws, BUSAR does not offer any form of agency (buyer, seller, etc.). Furthermore, it does not participate in any stage of any real estate sales transaction as defined by the Alabama Real Estate License Law. Furthermore, BUSAR does not operate in such a way that it comes under the juridiction of any licensing authority outside the State of Alabama. All real estate activities regarding individuals who submit requests to or through BUSAR are merely and only transmitted directly to licensees who are under the juridictions of their state. BUSAR exists as a membership organization of real estate licensees who participate in a network-based organization for the purpose of assisting relocating homebuyers in the juridictions where they are duly licensed.
