Very early in my study of hypnotherapy I was required to focus on many issues of women's health as relates to my field. I became interested in the number of reproductive-related issues that can be affected by a woman's mental state. There are a high number of researchers who had looked into how stress affects various issues regarding a woman's health. As way too many in the medical field considered hypnosis primarily as a stress reduction tool, they were more than willing to look at the relationship between hypnosis and woman's health.
